Young baker sets up in Whitstable
Whitstable Farmers' Market welcomes a new bread stall, adding to the range of delicious foods on offer. Tobi Schwenn bakes bread using a no yeast method. The method uses a baking ferment, which raises the bread slowly, and makes it easier to digest. Tobi uses a delicious range of different flour - spelt wheat, rye, organic brown and white flour and adds sunflower seeds to some fo the breads.
